[HOT] Job calculation methodology info/materials

This section contains helpful job-calculation materials and information on the
"recommended" way to conduct job-calculation methodologies for the purpose of regional center EB-5 projects. A caveat: many issues concerning job creation issues are not as clearly defined as they should be, and definitely are not adjudicated consistently.

Arguably, EB-5 requirements are in conflict with E-Verify and I-9 workers privacy laws prohibiting disclosure of employees documents. USCIS appears to be placing burden on the petitioner to prove workers hired are lawfully authorized to work in the U.S., beyond what the U.S. employers are required to check. The bottom line is no U.S. employers can be sure 100% that the workers hired are not using fake A#s, other than reviewing documents; they shouldn't be required to act as a police force.
