When I look at how many I-526 cases are approved in lets say the year 2008, the numbers of receipts and approved I-829 two years later in 2010 is way less? Shouldn't the receipts of I-829 and the Approval of I-526 two years before be roughly same? What is going on here?
Maybe they are not adding up correctly because the USCIS has been asking for more RFE and the foreign investors have failed to give supporting evidence
