Hello. I got the receipt of the documents form ( I-797 C )from the Department of Homeland Security two months ago. I am an Iranian Investor and I want to know how long does it take to give me a confirmation.
assuming no RFE. If there is a RFE, maybe over one year. USCIS does not look kindly upon Iranian I-526 cases.
